CRASH, CRASH, CRASH! and MORE CRASHES!

Once Again .....
Nothing! It wont even open, AGAIN!
After this other update that Ive been waiting for so I can start using this again .....but NO .... Another useless update

What was the point of this update .... Now it doesnt even open!
No way to contact developer, you fill out a form and theres no mention that its been received.
App has a standing status of being USELESS!
This is harsh I know! But until they inform us that they receive emails.... My review shall stand.
